MEGTEC Systems Quantum 7,000 Catalytic Oxidizer

MEGTEC Systems Quantum 7000 catalytic recuperative oxidizer, originally manufactured in 1995. Maximum design flow 7,000 scfm at 70F. Oxidizer was run essentially around the clock on a medical products application that was very easy on the oxidizer. Plant was shut down in late 2009. Very good condition. Existing catalyst has tested well. We will partially replace the catalyst as part of the refurbished option.

MEGTEC Systems Quantum 3000 Catalytic Oxidizer

Catalyic oxidizer with 3,000 scfm capcity at up to 350F. Unit was built in 1994 and run around the clock treating emissions from a heatset weboffset press. Relay based controls for simple operation and troubleshooting. In very good condition internally and functionally, but is weathered externally. Unit includes a 20' from grade exhaust stack, volume damper, fresh air damper, and is available with a VOC destruction guarantee.
