Trinity 50,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

Mfr. in 1999 and treated emissions at an auto parts plant. Plant was shut down in 2007 and unit has been idle since, and stored indoors at our facility. Very good condition. Regeneratvie thermal oxidizer system includes dual pneumatic poppet valves (horizontal), main fan with 300 hp motor and Rubicon VFD, fuel injection, free-standing stack (approx 40 feet from grade) and Allen Bradley PLC. Available immediately.

DURR 105,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

DURR 105,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. 5-can unit manufactured in 1996. Hydraulic valves. Unit has a 500-hp main fan, four (4) Eclipse ratio-matic burners, structured ceramic media and a 45-foot free-standing exhaust stack with crow's nest.

Very good condition.

Eisenmann 50,000 scfm Valveless RTO with WESP - All stainless!!!

Mfr. in 2007. 50,000 scfm Valveless RTO and WESP, both with high grade stainless internals & components.

Down-flow WESP can handle 62,000 acfm at inlet

RTO can handle 49,300 scfm at inlet and has 500 hp forced draft fan, Allen-Bradley PLC and structured media.

Both machines got little use, so excellent condition.

TANN 12,000 RTO with VOC entrapment and hot-side bypass

TANN 12,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer with VOC entrapment chamber and heat exchanger hot-side bypass. Mfr. in 2001 and treated emissions at a printing plant. The plant was shut down in 2010 and now this machine is available immediately.

Random-pack ceramic media in two chambers, pneumatic poppet valves, main system fan with 100 hp motor and variable frequency drive, combustion blower with 15 hp motor, Allen Bradley PLC with Cutler Hammer Operator Interface, VOC entrapment chamber with poppet valve, heat exchanger hot-side bypass with damper and actuator, 50-foot tall stainless steel exhaust stack, reservoir tank, strip chart recorder.

MEGTEC Clean Switch 15,000 RTO

MEGTEC Clean Switch 15,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO). 15,000 scfm capacity at 325 deg F process temperature. Mfr. in 2001 and treated emissions from a heatset printing plant. Plant has been shut down and unit is avaiable immediately. Features 100 hp main fan (insulated and clad), 10 hp combustion blower, 30-foot exhaust stack, Allen Bradley PLC, Cutler Hammer operator interface, Yaskawa VFD for main fan, integral control room with heat and A/C, pneumatic valve mechanism, Maxon Kinemax burner and structured ceramic media.

The Clean Switch has a very small footprint for its capacity and has high VOC destruction rates.

Adwest 35,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

Mfr. in 1998 and treated emissions from a paint line. Taken off line in early 2009 when facility went to low VOC coatings. Two-can design with random-pack ceramic media. Pneumatic valves, main exhaust fan with 150 hp motor, Allen Bradley PLC with modem for trouble-shooting, fuel injection for increased fuel efficiency, 30-foot stack.

Small footprint. Very good condition and available immediately.
