Millenium 6,000 RTO. 6,000 scfm capacity at 350 deg F process temp. Mfr. in 1999. Previously used at a heatset printing plant but recently removed from service due to a plant closure. Very good condition. Great, compact regenerative thermal oxidizer design includes pneumatic poppet valves, main fan with 75 hp motor, Allen Bradley PLC (5/03), exhaust stack. We have lots of experience with this oxidizer model, and they are well built. Available immediately.

Pro-Environmental 100,000 Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO). 100,000 acfm@ 120 deg F. Mfr in 2006, but never installed, so essentially new. Four cannister unit with structured ceramic media on the bottom topped with 1" catalyst-coated random pack media on top. Valves are hydraulic butterfly. 95% heat recovery. 50-foot stack with platform. Robinson fan and spare wheel. Not included: 600 hp motor and RCO controls. Mfr. in 1999 and treated emissions at an auto parts plant. Plant was shut down in 2007 and unit has been idle since, and stored indoors at our facility. Very good condition. Regeneratvie thermal oxidizer system includes dual pneumatic poppet valves (horizontal), main fan with 300 hp motor and Rubicon VFD, fuel injection, free-standing stack (approx 40 feet from grade) and Allen Bradley PLC.
