Description

** SALE PENDING ** This used CECO Adwest Retox 10,000 regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) has 10,000 scfm capacity. This used RTO is in very good condition; treated emissions from pharmaceutical manufacturing and is now off line and available immediately. It includes a two-chamber design, with random packed ceramic media and a dual poppet (switching) valve configuration.

CECO Adwest Retox RTO systems are designed to provide one of the lowest utility costs (fuel & electric) of any leading oxidizer system. It is a simple RTO with over-sized beds to reduce pressure drop.

This regenerative thermal oxidizer has the following features:

  • Maximum design flow – 10,000 scfm @ up to 300F process emissions
  • Dual bed 95% heat exchanger design (ceramic media included)
  • Pneumatic poppet valve for flow direction changes through media
  • Main RTO fan with 100 hp TEFC motor and Allen Bradley PowerFlex variable frequency drive
  • Maxon Kinemax burner for heat-up
  • Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC with remote monitoring for troubleshooting/support
  • Allen Bradley operator interface
  • Hot gas bypass
  • Combustion blower with 5 hp TEFC motor
  • Isolation damper with electro-pneumatic actuator
  • Inlet start-up/Fresh air damper with electro-pneumatic actuator
  • Exhaust stack w/test ports (approx 22’ from grade)
  • Fuel gas injection for high fuel efficiency and low NOx operation
  • Complete owner’s manual with electrical and mechanical drawings
