When not in the field our experienced technicians are managing our in-house rebuild projects from start to finish; refurbishing the oxidizers both mechanically and electrically in our shop, programming the PLC, and installing and commissioning the completed unit. With this experience they can do whatever is necessary in the field to get you running- and running reliably. Led by our service manager, who has been in the oxidizer service field for 25+ years, this attitude is learned & practiced by all of our technicians.

- Ceramic Media Replacement: $175k - $250K (dependent on size of unit, access, and media type)
- PLC/Controls Upgrade: $125k - $175k
- Combustion Chamber Insulation Repair/Replacement: $100k - $120k
- Switching Valve Rebuild/Replacement: $200k - $250k with installation
- Poppet Valve/Rotary Valve Troubleshooting: $50k - $75k (set of 4 with installation)
- Cold Face Repair: $30k plus media replacement costs
- Hotside Bypass Damper Replacement/Repair: $125k - $150k with labor
