Durr Reeco Ecopure RL-15 Rotary Valve 15,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer For Sale
Durr Environmental-Reeco 15,000 SCFM regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO). Previously treated emissions from a battery line as part of a tandem system with an identical RL-15. Reeco RL RTOs are very well built with a small footprint. Nearly new condition.
Listed below are the current features of this unit, equipment will be refurbished and upgraded per project requirements:
- Maximum design flow: 15,000 scfm @ 200° F process exhaust temp.
- Ceramic media chamber with structured ceramic media
- 95% effective heat exchanger
- Rotary Switching Valve – for flow direction changes thru the media (Electric drive)
- Main exhaust fan with 75 hp motor
- Variable Speed Drive
- Nozzle Mix Burner- Fire All model by North American Combustion
- Hot gas bypass feature (for high VOC concentration streams)
- Air Conditioned/Heated Control Room
- Mitsubishi MELSEC Q61P PLC with Pro-Face HMI (conversion to Allen-Bradley platform available)
- Exhaust stack 45′ from grade
