Durr MEGTEC Systems Clean Switch 15,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer For Sale

Durr Environmental-MEGTEC Systems 15,000 SCFM regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO).  Clean Switch RTOs are very well built with a small footprint. In very good condition.

Listed below are the current features of this unit, equipment will be refurbished and upgraded per project requirements:

  • Maximum design flow: 15,000 scfm @ 325° F process exhaust temp
  • Two media chamber design with VOC entrapment chamber and structured ceramic media
  • 95% effective heat exchanger
  • Rotary Switching Valve -for flow direction changes through the media (pneumatic drive). Electric drive will be added during refurbishment process
  • Main exhaust fan with 100 HP TEFC motor
  • Variable Speed Drive - Yaskawa
  • Maxon Kinemax 3 Medium Velocity Burner
  • Air Conditioned/Heated Control Room
  • Allen Bradley PLC with PanelMate touchscreen HMI (upgraded during refurbishment process)
  • Paper data logger (upgraded during refurbishment process)
  • Hot gas bypass feature for handling high VOC concentrations
  • Recirculation feature for fuel savings in idle mode
  • Exhaust stack (30' from grade)
