This RTO has 4,000 scfm capacity, in good condition. Previously treated emissions from a heatset web offset (graphic arts) printing press.
This regenerative thermal oxidizer system has a number of features, including:
- Design flow rate: 4,000 scfm (up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit process temperature)
- 94% effective heat exchanger
- Pre-piped gas train and Maxon Kinemax 2 burner
- Main fan with 30 hp motor and Yaskawa variable speed drive
- Combustion blower with 5 hp motor
- Fresh air damper with electric actuator
- Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC with Cutler Hammer PanelMate MMI
- Yokogawa strip chart recorder
- Complete owner’s manual with all mechanical and electrical drawings
