Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) with 60,000 scfm capacity. Previously treated emissions from a cabinet finishing line. Induced draft design.

- 95% effective heat exchanger with structured ceramic media
- Rotary valve for flow direction changes through media (pneumatic drive; electric drive upgrade available)
- Main exhaust fan with 450 hp TEFC motor
- Variable speed drive (Magnetek)
- North American Hi Ram burner
- Combustion blower with TEFC motor
- Air condition/Heated Control Room
- Allen Bradley PLC 5/04 (upgrade available)
- Exhaust stack approx 35' from grade
